Terrible lack of customer service following purchase of faulty shelves through B&Q . The shelves were faulty at purchase and grew white mould in a short space of time .Despite the item being untreated and not fit for purpose they insisted on replacement with more faulty shelves, refusing a refund quoting policy …begging the question what happens when the replacements also go mouldy to which I could never get a reply despite many times of asking. Of course once you go beyond 6 months of purchase the onus is on the customer to prove fault so they clearly are selling faulty goods and using the law to hide behind by offering to replace initially your warranty becomes effectively useless do yourself a favour and avoid

Item is extremely low quality and falls far below the standard of what would be considered as useable. It’s flimsy, shaky and misaligned. Do not buy. I’m told I can return but only if I pay a courier which for 2 x over 20kg packages will be around 90 pounds. Why should I need to pay the return of their faulty item? AVOID. I never leave reviews but please save your money and time.
Wood was split when arrived very difficult to put together instructions were not very helpful
I am amazed at the level of service combined with a very reasonable price for a ladder platform. The people I communicated with were also friendly and easy to deal with.

Have been looking for a while for a way to hide our 2 wheelie bins which have to stay in our front garden by a fence as we have no side access. Looked at plastic storage boxes and wooden ones but so expensive! For just over £50 these are brilliant! No lid or back but if going against a wall or fence it doesn't matter, especially as the screen is taller than the bins so you don't see the top. Arrived in 2 working days, impressed by quality. Highly recommend
