I was disappointed with this product as the chairs as so low, you cannot sit comfortable at the table with putting a booster cushion underneath you 😏

Ideal for small jobs around the garden or small building jobs, better that pushing a heavy barrow around, they would not last long on a big building site.

I received the bin store and one of the panels was faulty, that’s fine these things happen. I emailed to report the fault giving order number, item that was faulty and a description (as quoted on my order) yet the person responding still asked me what item was faulty and which order I was referring to. When I replied stating please look at email thread as I have provided full details. I then had to chase a response up, my reply was we are waiting for a you to tell us which item is faulty and whether it’s a single or double bin store. I had clearly given all of this information in my very first email, if “Sam” had bothered to read my email properly he would have found all of the information required. Not only was this person wasting mine and their time but this has now delayed me receiving my replacement part.
The table is fine the chairs are smaller tha expected was going to send back but it would cost me more money do keeping it at the moment

Ordered this and arrived promptly, however on opening loads of parts missing, lots of irrelevant pieces of wood relating to something else and no instructions. I have to say customer service was very good, but even after 3 phone calls, was still left without a part. It's a fairly flimsy frame and took hours to build. Not a great purchase.

Excusing the pun, this product may as well be made of balsa wood. The quality is atrocious. Too thin, too light and structurally unable to deliver. The first gust of wind ripped two of the lids clean off. Don't waste your money and be advised if you complain they'll happily return so long as you want to dismantle the bloody thing and if you have the original packaging to send it back in. Which of course we all keep for a bin store... Unhelpful customer service, and a poor product.

Looked like it had fallen off the back of a Lorry , three items taped together with sellotape damaged packing , tested they do work but would Never use Cheaper Online again , gave the impression they may have been Old or Returned stock .

Great value and excellent service - one of the set of four storage boxes arrived broken and a replacement was sent out the same day by next-day service.
Looking forward to hang these up next Christmas they look great with built in timer.
Love these lights good point is that they are on a timer so no need to switch on
