Payment Methods

We understand that everybody has there own payment preference when it comes to shopping online. Whether you want to pay via your bank card, credit card or even on your mobile, we cater for as many payment options as we can.

When placing an order on our website you can be safe in the knowledge that your payment methods will be collected safe and securely.

As we’re based in the UK, all our prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The prices we show on products don’t include delivery charges. Before you confirm your order, your basket will show the total amount you’ll be charged for your order. This will include charges (if they apply) for the delivery method you’ve chosen.

What payment methods can be used?

We offer a wide range of payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Electron cards, Clearpay, Klarna, Laybuy, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

For online or phone orders, payment will be taken at the point of order.

All our prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be displayed in your basket before order confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline any purchase if there are concerns about the payment method used.

My credit or debt card has been refused - why was this?

If your credit or debit card has been refused at checkout, there are several possible reasons. First, ensure that the card details you entered, such as the card number, expiry date, and security code, are correct. Your card may also have insufficient funds or may have reached its credit limit. Additionally, your bank or card issuer might have declined the payment due to security measures or because the card is not authorized for international transactions if you're purchasing from outside the UK. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer for more information. Please note that we use Shopify as our payment processor, which adds an extra layer of security to protect your payment details.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged at the time of placing your order, whether you choose to pay with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. This ensures that your order is confirmed and allows us to start processing it immediately.

Can I pay using more than one payment method?

At this time, we only accept one form of payment for each order, meaning you cannot split payments between multiple cards or combine different payment methods. When placing your order, you will be prompted to select your preferred payment option from our available methods, including Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. Once you’ve selected your payment method, simply follow the checkout process to complete your purchase securely. If you’re using a payment plan option like Clearpay or Klarna, you will also be guided through the specific steps for those services during checkout.

Are my payment details secure?

Yes, your payment details are fully secure. We use Shopify’s secure payment gateway, which employs advanced encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information. This ensures that your card details are never stored on our servers and that your transactions are processed safely. Additionally, we comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to provide a trusted and secure shopping experience.

Do you offer any payment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans through Clearpay, and Klarna. These services allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over several installments, making it easier to manage larger purchases. Each provider offers different terms, so we recommend reviewing their details during checkout to choose the plan that works best for you. Please note that credit checks may be required, and late fees may apply if payments are missed.

Why was my card charged more than once?

If you notice multiple charges on your account, it could be due to a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank. This is a common practice and typically resolves automatically with the extra hold being released. If the issue continues or the charges are not reversed, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer for further assistance.

Can I change payment method?

Once an order has been placed, we're unable to change the payment method. If you need to update your payment details, you may need to cancel the existing order (if it hasn’t been processed yet) and place a new order using your preferred payment method. For assistance with this, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

How do I get my refund?

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used when placing the order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you used a payment plan like Klarna, or Clearpay, any outstanding payments will be adjusted accordingly.
